Useful Information Vacation Rental

Price and Local Tax
The listed prices are as indicated, plus a local tax of €1.35 per day per person from the age of 14 onwards.

For stays of less than 3 days, there is a surcharge of 5 euros on the base price.

Surcharge for each additional person: 10 euros per day.

All linens (bedding, towels, etc.) are provided and will be changed as needed.

Breakfast
If you book the apartment, you are welcome to take advantage of our breakfast service.

The price for this is 12 euros per person. Children receive discounts depending on their age.

Check-In and Check-Out
The vacation rental will be available to you on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. If you plan to arrive late in the evening, please inform us in advance.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to start your vacation.

In the event of an early departure, the unused days will be charged at 100%.

Children & Discounts
Upon request, we are happy to provide child equipment such as a crib and high chair.

Children up to their 3rd birthday stay for free.

Children aged 3 to 10 receive a 40% discount.

Children aged 10 to 14 receive a 30% discount.

Pets
Dogs are allowed in our accommodation, with a fee of 5 euros per day.

Smoking
We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house. All vacation rentals and rooms are non-smoking areas.

Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Surcharge for a double room when occupied as a single room, 8 to 25 euros depending on the season.

All linens (bedding, towels, etc.) are provided and will be changed as needed. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Check-In and Check-Out
The rooms are available to you on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. If you plan to arrive late in the evening, please inform us in advance. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
